Daniel Ogundele, the father of the 20-month-old baby, Opeyemi Ogundele, who was allegedly stolen at a christening ceremony in Ogun State on Sunday, said his child is still alive in the den of suspected kidnappers. Ogundele said as at 10:00pm on Monday when he allegedly had a phone conversation with an Ifa priest, Chief Olansile Ifayemi, who was accused of masterminding the mysterious disappearance of the child has told him that his missing toddler was alive in his custody. Missingtoddler The baby was said to have been kidnapped about 1:30pm at the christening organised by the family of Mr. Olusola Osunleke for their newborn daughter. In the process of searching for the baby, residents discovered a suspected ritualists’ den in the area, which was adjacent to Osunleke’s house.

On July 4th 2015, a 20-year-old woman delivered a baby boy in Gudun Sayawa area of Bauchi with an apparent birth defect.

The baby boy christened Chongfilawos was born without arms or legs.

Ilorin : Police recover day old baby abandoned in a carton

The police on Monday recovered a day old baby abandoned in a carton along Adelodun road, in the Government Residential Area of Ilorin, the Kwara state capital. It was gathered that the mother allegedly dumped the day old baby at a bus stop in the area. The baby was said to have been spotted by some residents who consequently put a distress call to the State Police Command. A patrol team from the A-Division police team was said to gone to the scene and evacuated the baby and was taken to the Civil Service Clinic for medical attention.

Some Signs That Your Child Is Being Sexually Abused

Child sexual abuse (CSA) is when a child becomes a sexual partner for an adult and/or is being engaged by an adult in some explicit activities. The Nigeria media in recent times have reported an increased number of child abuse and those are the once that are able to get to the media.

Most parents get so busy or at random decide to leave their kid(s) in care of house helps, neighbor, relatives, friends, or even teachers who may abuse them.
