30-Year-Old Man In Court For Sucking Private Part Of 9-Year-Old Boy In UNILAG Toilet

A 30-year-old man identified as Emeji Christopher who allegedly sucked the private part of a 9-year-old boy was on Wednesday arraigned before a Lagos Chief Magistrates’ Court sitting in Yaba. Emeji is standing trial on a one count charge of indecent treatment of a child. Testifying in court, the prosecutor, Insp. Rita Momoh, said Emeji committed the offence in November 2014 at Jaja Hall toilet of the University of Lagos, Akoka. Momoh told the court that Emeji lured the nine-year-old into one of the toilets in the hall where he sucked his genitals.

Woman Confesses To Selling 19 Kids To Ritualists In Imo (Photos)

 

A woman identified as Chioma Anoruo has been arrested by the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) in Owerri, Imo state after she confessed to selling about 19 children to ritualists.

According to a report by The Guardian, Mrs. Anoruo was arrested by the Orlu community local vigilante group while the husband, Emeka who had sighted the vigilance group member, escaped through the back door leaving his wife to be apprehended and forced to open their doors where the victims were found inside a room in captivity.

A score of Five children, including a new-born baby, already kidnapped for sale, were rescued from her house, while a Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) belonging to Emeka, was recovered along with an undisclosed large sum of money. She also confessed that they had sold more than 19 children and the remaining five were waiting to be sold to their customers before her arrest.

Residents had complained of continuous disappearance of children in the area, which was of serious concern to the community leaders.

Teenager Arrested For Trying To Penetrate 2 Year Old Girl In A Toilet In Lagos

A teenage boy, who allegedly attempted To Molest a two-year-old girl in a toilet, was on Wednesday hauled up before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court. The 17-year-old student, who lives with his pastor at Akinsola Street, Dopemu, a suburb of Lagos, is facing a charge of attempt to commit rape.
The prosecutor, Insp. Racheal Williams, told the court that the offence was committed on July 29 at the accused’s residence.

Man Forces Manhood Into 4-Year-Old Girl's Mouth In Lagos

A 24-year-old man has been arrested and charged before Isolo Magistrates’ Court for defiling and engaging a 4-year-old girl in sexual activity in Lagos State, western Nigeria.

The suspect, Nwanagbaihu Chinonso, was allegedly caught by one of his neighbours after he had already forced his joystick into the little girl’s mouth to suck.

The incident happened at Fakeye Street, off Isuti Road, Egan where the suspect resides with the victim’s parents.

What would have been the attraction for a 24-year-old man to engage a 4-year-old girl in sexual activities was the question on the lips of residents of Egan where the incident happened.

court of law Chinonso was handed over to the police at Igando Division by the residents for prosecution. At the station, he allegedly confessed to committing the crime and blamed it on temptation.

He is now facing a two-count charge of defilement and engaging in sexual activity with a minor before the court.

When he was arraigned in court, the presiding Magistrate, Mrs A.O. Adedayo, ordered him to be remanded in prison custody pending when he will be granted bail.

P.M.NEWS gathered that Chinonso’s journey to prison started one afternoon when the victim strolled to his apartment and he closed his door without locking it from inside.

The police alleged that he carried the victim and inserted his finger into her private part and thereafter forced his joystick into her mouth to suck.
While the act was going on, a neighbour who suspected a foul play suddenly opened the half locked door and saw what Chinonso was doing with the victim.

The woman raised the alarm which attracted other neighbours.

Having been caught in the act, Chinonso could not deny what he had done. Rather, he started pleading with the neighbours for forgiveness.
The neighbours rebuffed his pleas and handed him over to the police.
